Products
We sell educational and creative products designed for children, including wooden puzzles, letter boards, and learning aids. All products are handcrafted / manufactured by or for Ridwin Aso Sikhi.

- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time
Orders & Payment
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
- All payments must be completed at the time of order
- We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and COD (where available)
- Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email or phone
- In case of a payment failure, please contact us before placing a duplicate order
Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India using our logistics partner Shiprocket and its associated courier network.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch
- Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout
- Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or force majeure
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something is wrong, we're here to help.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
