Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted within 10 days of placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible in the following scenarios:
- The order has already been communicated to our fulfilment / dispatch team and shipping has been initiated.
- The product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. Once the product is returned to us, we will initiate the applicable refund after inspection.
Ridwin Ventures specialises in learning materials, including flashcards, puzzles, and other educational tools. The following conditions apply:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our customer service team within 10 days of receipt. Your request will be reviewed once our team has assessed the issue. We may request photographs or other supporting evidence to process your claim efficiently.
If you feel the product received does not match its description or images on our platform, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision, which may include a replacement or refund.
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer. Ridwin Ventures will assist in facilitating communication where possible.
Once a refund has been approved by Ridwin Ventures, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
